adequate stay, certain aspects require attention
hard bed unwelcoming reception
the gym had enough equipment for a decent workout.
The reception wasnt very cute at check-in. the bed was hard. I asked for something to soften it but nothing happened. after the second night, i returned and find my room wasnt cleaned.

The reception staff handled check-in efficiently. my room included a well-stocked mini bar. That was a plus. breakfast offered a good choice of meals. i found the hotel's location to be quite convenient for exploring.
Access was through the back. this lessened the initial impact a bit. the elevators were small and often busy. the stairs were not clearly marked. I found this concerning for fire safety.

the location was central, made getting around convenient.
the room i booked wasn't available initially, i had to upgrade. this rooftop terrace premium room didn't feel special for the price. the bed linen wasn't changed during my four-night stay, i noticed makeup stains and hair on the sheets.

The location was central. It was very easy to walk to many attractions. The hotel gym offered a good selection of equipment. Complimentary bottles of water were provided each day.

a Amazing stay
clean environment smooth check-in hidden gem floor access
the hotel felt perfect with a clean, fresh, and spacious environment. Check-in and check-out were SMOOTH, giving strong first and last impressions. I found the open-air courtyard only on my final day. i wished this gem had been promoted MORE visibly for earlier enjoyment. the experience felt very secure with floor-specific access.
i noticed the breakfast room was somewhat noisy. this made me decide to eat elsewhere. the layout felt slightly confusing at first but it's manageable.

mixed feelings about this stay
dirty grout peeling wallpaper
the location was certainly convenient as it was easy to walk to many places.
I found the room wasn't as clean as it should have been for the price. The bathroom grout was dirty and some wallpaper was peeling.. definitely not the pristine experience i anticipated.
